Stacey Walsh was outstanding. She and I communicated over about a 5 month period as my husband and I were considering various trips for the winter of 2024. I appreciated her willingness to listen to me and how she would "check in" to see if she could be of any help in terms of booking a cruise. I suppose it was her low-key approach that was so valuable to me. I asked her to give me a nudge every once in a while as it might take a bit to finalize our plans. She was willing to do this, and this kept it open in terms of decision-making. That was a real plus. We were able to book with her for a Baja and Hawaii cruise in January of 2024.
